Synthesis of gene and insertion of gene into a standard vector. Only standard vectors pUC18/19 and pBluescript are available at no additional charge. DNA sequencing data (double-stranded only if necessary) and chromatogram will be provided. 100% fidelity guaranteed. Final product will be delivered as lyophilized plasmid DNA. Optional: Insertion into a custom vector is an additional $325 US/gene/vector and client must supply the vector. Only standard vectors pUC18/19 and pBluescript are available at no additional charge.
