Plasmid cDNA library

Order a standard plasmid cDNA library for the low price of $2,499 (for 1,000,000 clones). Pricing is available for a higher amount of clones, please  contact us for more information!

Optional: Normalized cDNA libraries are also available!

Optional:  Library pooling and amplification is available in liquid or semi-solid medium for an additional fee.

Optional: Duo-range libraries! Receive 2 sub-libraries of totalling 1.5 million clones. Each will have a different insert size range of your choice (ex: 500bp-2Kb and 2Kb-4Kb). This maximizes flexibility and representability. Add this feature for an additional $499.

Service highlights:

cDNA libraries are produced using our proprietary technology, which features full-length enriched, high quality size-fractionated, and  directionally cloned cDNA.  We guarantee the minimum requested 1,000,000 clones.

  • cDNA synthesis to obtain full-length enriched cDNAs.

  • Cloning will be directional.

  • Size fractionation and ligation to vector (modified pBluescript).

  • Transformation in E. coli DH10B.

  • More than 90% recombinants.

  • Plate will be identified with bar-coded labels (when arraying is chosen).
