Accuracy equal or greater than 99.95%. Minimum order is 1 x 96-well plate. Sequencing is performed on ABI PRISM 3730 or Pharmacia MegaBACE 1000 sequencers using BigDye or ET terminator sequencing chemistries.   Sample requirements:   96 or 384-well plates may be shipped frozen and on dry ice. Please place lid tighly on each plate and seal in a plastic bag.
