1. Any combination of mutations within a 5 base-frame: $399 US
2. Any combination of mutations within a 10 base-frame $499 US

A SIGNIFICANT volume discount is applicable for large orders. Please inquire.

1. ATCGG : 1 mutation within a 5-base frame = $399
2. ATCGG : 4 mutations within a 5-base frame = $399
3. ATCGGTGGAT : 8 mutations within a 10-base frame = $499
4. ATCGGTGGAT : 2 mutations within a 10-base frame = $499
5. ATCGGTGGATCA : 2 mutations, each within a 5-base frame = $399 x 2

1. Perform the site-directed mutagenesis and subsequent sequence verification;
2. Provide purified plasmid DNA and E.coli stab;
3. Provide chromatogram picture.

Please provide us with 2 micrograms of plasmid DNA with the target sequence, sequencing information, plasmid map, and last but not least, target sites for mutations.Plasmid must be less than 8Kb. Please inquire for larger constructs or other customized projects.
