Screening for a single-positive clone:

Client should provide a primer pair (100ul of 100pm/ul) with the following design recommendations: 24b/primer; Tm of 65oC-75oC; optimal amplicon of 300-500bp. Primer pair must be specific and yield a single strong band consistently. If sequences are provided instead, a $50.00/primer pair fee will be charged for synthesis.
