Bio S&T can isolate high-quality DNA from cosmid or fosmid clones.
DNA from each fosmid/cosmid sample will be isolated and:
- Suspended in 10mM Tris (pH 8.0) in a well of a 96-well plate.
- Quantified using picogreen.
We will also select a few random clones from each 96-well plate and run an agarose gel electrophoresis.
Minimum order: 1 x 96-well plate.
